Shipping

Processing time - The time WCK needs to prepare an order for individual shipping varies.  For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  WCK is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

WCK gladly accepts exchanges - Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Ship items back to WCK within 21 days of delivery.

WCK does not accepts returns or cancellations - But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Personalized items can not be returned.​

Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, they buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
